DN-3638 NiMo is designed for units with a strong hydrogenation environment that are looking to upgrade refractory feeds to diesel. It’s top tier HDS and aromatic saturation activity enables processing of more cracked feeds with higher end point, switching to a more profitable crude slate or debottlenecking of existing units.

DN-3638 NiMo Features:

  • Maximum Volume Swell: Maximize product yield in units processing highly aromatic feeds at medium to high pressure.
  • Higher Operating Severity: Debottleneck existing units, switch to a more profitable crude slate, or process higher percent of cracked feeds with increased endpoint.
  • Performance improvement within H2 constraint: Utilize the step-out HDN performance of DN-3638 in combination with a high activity CoMo like CENTERA GT DC-2638 for enhanced activity at optimum H2 consumption.

DC-2638 CoMo enhances ULSD performance in the low to medium pressure range by providing step-out activity and stability compared to the current market-leading catalysts. It is ideally suited for activity constrained units processing challenging feeds at low pressure.

DC-2638 CoMo Features:

  • Increase cycle life: Activity constrained units processing challenging feeds at low pressure.
  • Higher Operating Severity: Increase throughput or upgrade higher margin feeds such as Light Cycle Oil (LCO) and Light Coker Gas Oil (LCGO).
  • Optimizes units operating at low to medium pressure and need higher catalyst activity without a significant increase in H2 consumption.
