LIVE WEBINAR

Scaling e-SAF production with RWGS technology

Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) is expected to play an important role in reducing aviation CO2 emissions, but meeting future demand will require a significant ramp-up in production1. For Fischer–Tropsch-based e-SAF, one of the key challenges is converting captured CO2 and renewable (green) hydrogen into syngas efficiently and at scale.

1International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF).

Shell Catalysts & Technologies and DWE have combined their process and reactor expertise to develop a catalytic reverse water-gas shift (RWGS) solution designed to address this challenge.

In this webinar, we will:

  • explore key enablers for scaling Fischer–Tropsch-based e-SAF production;
  • explain where RWGS fits within the Shell XTL Process; and
  • introduce the Shell Catalysts & Technologies – DWE RWGS collaboration and reactor concept.

Register now to explore recent advances in RWGS technology.
